The Conspiracy Behind the Stand-In

Kickstarting with the classic white moonlight stand-in trope, the story quickly veers into totally unexpected territory. Mo Ming seems like a poor, fragile guy who needs the protection of the big-shot CEO Han Shaozhou.

Everyone thinks Mo Ming is head over heels for Han Shaozhou and doing whatever it takes to replace the ex. But behind that docile facade lies a completely different agenda.

Unmasking the Real Characters

Mo Ming is an incredibly fun character—docile on the outside but insanely cunning underneath. He's not lovesick at all; he's literally just obsessed with the gorgeous face of Han Shaozhou.

The ultimate plot twist drops when Han Shaozhou tries to threaten him with a breakup. Instead of begging him to stay, Mo Ming effortlessly agrees and walks away without looking back, leaving the CEO completely dumbfounded.

Han Shaozhou's sheer bewilderment kicks off a hilarious chase-him-back journey. The cold-hearted boss slowly realizes his true feelings and has to work overtime to win back his beauty.

Family Secrets and Urban Drama

Far from just a run-of-the-mill urban romance, this novel unravels a web of complex family secrets. Undercurrents of conspiracy slowly rise to the surface, turning the story into a sharp battle of wits.

The pacing stays relentlessly fast and dramatic, keeping readers totally hooked on every twist. The modern urban setting is utilized perfectly, serving as a solid backdrop for the drama to unfold naturally.
