An Alien Invasion Setting

Peaceful life on Earth is suddenly shattered by a strange phenomenon in the sky. The unexpected arrival of aliens plunges the world into a chaotic apocalyptic disaster.

In the midst of this pandemonium, Fu Shiwu, an ordinary office worker, gets swept into a brutal survival battle. Caught completely unprepared, he is forced to face constant lethal dangers everywhere he turns.

Character Development

Accompanying him is Tang Xuhai, a strong and decisive neighbor with whom he previously had a rocky relationship. Now, both are forced to rely on each other to find a way out of the ongoing catastrophe.

The tension reaches a climax when Tang Xuhai falls ill due to a strange steel fragment lodged inside his body. This dire situation forces Fu Shiwu to shed his timid nature and step up to save his friend.

A Refreshing Take

What makes this story stand out is its firm rejection of overused tropes like a cheat system or a rebirth arc. The main characters have no golden fingers or foreknowledge of the future.

Everyone in this apocalyptic world must rely purely on their own wits and strength to survive. By featuring characters who depend on capable companions, the story delivers an authentic depiction of teamwork amidst disaster.
