Yet, that tranquility is soon shaken by bizarre rumors whispered from all directions. The world whispers that his wife, Luo Xian'er, is actually a terrifying demon who preys on humans. From there, a symphony of truth and illusion begins to weave notes of intense curiosity.

Desires Shrouded in Shadow

The protagonist Yang Shifei harbors an incredibly simple wish: to eat soft rice. He longs for a life of leisure in the shade of an influential clan, indifferent to the affairs of the world. Yet destiny refuses to let him remain idle as the turbulent winds of the jianghu continuously surge, testing his mettle.

To protect his small family, he chooses an exceedingly strange and perilous path of cultivation. By relentlessly absorbing filthy cold qi, his strength increases at a breakneck speed, leading him to establish the Luo Yue Pavilion. This prowess is forged through breathtaking confrontations with various factions.

The Fair Companions

His wife, Luo Xian'er, is the gentlest anchor in the young son-in-law's turbulent life. She possesses an ethereal beauty akin to a celestial maiden, with a gentle and virtuous nature that nevertheless hides profound secrets. Their bond is both a deep marital affection and a shared journey through adversity.

Alongside his heroic steps, other sharp and beautiful women grace his path. From the gentle Yue Rui and Tan Xiang to the vibrant Qiu Bu Huan and Liang Xin, they weave a colorful harem dynamic, adding rich resonances to the narrative.
