A Fated urban Encounter

If you are looking for a quick, stress-busting danmei read, this novel is an absolute must-read. Set against a familiar urban backdrop, the story weaves in delightfully fun fantasy elements.

The merman prince Nolan travels thousands of miles to find his fated one. Through a series of unexpected events, he quickly finds himself acting as a contract model for his crush, Chu Muyu.

Co-habitation Vibes

The most captivating part is how their romance develops once Nolan, acting as the seme, moves in. Even without his signature fish tail, he remains fiercely determined to pursue his love.

On the flip side, Chu Muyu is left utterly bewildered by the sudden onslaught of affection from the merman. The contrast between the proactive nature of the seme Nolan and Chu Muyu's pure confusion makes for some highly hilarious moments.

A Crisp Pace

At a mere 10 chapters plus 2 extra chapters, the novel boasts a fast-paced and hyper-focused narrative. The author doesn't bog things down with overcomplicated subplots, instead diving straight into the pursuit of love.

The smooth storytelling makes it incredibly easy to get swept up in the cozy vibes between the leads. Their daily interactions are beautifully balanced, giving readers a sense of pure relaxation.

Final Verdict
