A Trappy Isekai Setup
Getting sucked into a novel lands Eliana the role of mother to the Crown Prince. Her game plan is purely transactional: raising the crown prince right so she can secure a rock-solid backup for her future.
Surviving the cutthroat royal court while playing nanny to the future king is no walk in the park. But armed with future-plot spoilers, she carefully maps out every possible escape route to keep her own neck safe.
An Unscripted Dark Turn
Her retirement plan quickly derails as the Crown Prince she poured her soul into starts turning evil in the most chilling way.
The kid's twisted mind and eerie actions constantly drag Eliana into dire situations. This massive deviation renders all her spoiler knowledge totally useless against a brutal reality.
A Mind-Bending Mind Game
Eliana is a super cautious, resilient heroine with an insane survival instinct. Instead of wasting time panicking, she adapts on the fly to manage this ticking time bomb of a kid.
Their dynamic is incredibly twisted: the Crown Prince is her closest companion yet her greatest threat. Every single interaction is packed with psychological tension and cold calculation.
A Cold, Ruthless Board
This story is hyper-focused on survival, completely ditching fluffy romance. Eliana is entirely on her own, navigating a sea of dangerous political factions.
Everyone else on the board is either a temporary allies or a straight-up enemies. This total lack of real friends makes our heroine's journey extremely lonely and high-pressure.
Why It Hooks You
- Realistic Character Psychology: Our lead Eliana is incredibly level-headed, practical, and always prioritizes her survival instinct.
- Fast-Paced Plot: The Crown Prince's slow descent into turning evil keeps the pacing absolutely breathless.
- Impressive Mind Games: Going completely off the novel's script keeps delivering mind-blowing plot twists.
- Zero Fluff: It stays laser-focused on the high-stakes survival struggle in the dangerous royal court.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Heavy Atmosphere: The constant life-or-death situations might feel a bit exhausting if you're looking for a cozy, relaxing read.
- No Romantic Cushion: The total absence of a romance partner makes the story feel quite cold and unforgiving.
- Stretched Tug-of-War: The repetitive 'raising vs. coping' dynamic can sometimes feel overly tense.
What the Community Thinks

- Naver Series: Boasts high popularity and extremely active engagement from readers following the original run (checked on 10/04/2026).
The Verdict
Spanning a solid 177 chapters, this novel delivers a dark, refreshing twist on the classic parenting trope. The mix of cold calculation and a slow corruption arc creates an incredibly gripping survival puzzle.
In short: This is a breathless survival journey for Eliana, where her plan of raising the crown prince completely collapses as the boy starts turning evil.
